I was brought onboard of Goodwill of Central Virginia as a contractor to build their new SharePoint intranet and Database support environment. This required a vast knowledge of SharePoint and the back end database setup, servers and network. I have really enjoyed leading this project and watching Goodwill grow as a direct result of its modernization. I was the lead tech/developer and supervised each part of this project as well as training the IT team and coworkers how to use SharePoint. After the project was completed I was asked to join the Goodwill IT department as the supervising SharePoint administrator.
